Jim Tharp - Rep Principal
​Jim’s career includes all the key stepping stones needed to fully understand our business. He began his journey in retail and moved on to become Eastern Regional Sales Manager for a major brand of hi fi loudspeakers.  From there he took the position of Sales Associate with a rep firm in the Mid-Atlantic and he has worked as a manufacturer rep in this region now for 17 years.  While working with a wide variety of brands covering all categories and channels within our industry, Jim has developed close working relationships with some of the most important and influential resellers and integrators in the CE space.

Chris Scott - Territory Manager
​Chris is a Naval Veteran who has spent much of his life in the Richmond and Virginia Beach areas.  With vast experience in all levels of sales from entry to upper management, his 20-year journey as a B2B sales professional has provided him the opportunity to help a variety of businesses grow and to develop valuable personal relationships.  For the past 3 years, Chris has worked as a manufacturer rep in the CE industry covering the Virginia, Maryland and DC territories.  He has quickly developed a reputation for dependability and integrity, and he has a passion for our brands that is only matched by his desire to see his dealer partners succeed.

Debby Bender - Inside Sales Manager
Debby began her career in the 1990's at a New Jersey based Specialty Retailer as the Re-Order Buyer.  From there she moved on to become the Inside Sales Manager at one of the Premier Multi-Territory Manufacturers' Rep Firms in the country.  During her 20+ year tenure there, she helped manage over 20 specialty A/V brands and a dealer base of 300+ retailers & custom installers.  Her knowledge of the industry, and vendor/dealer programs has earned her many accolades over the years.  Debby’s integrity, skillset and passion are a valuable asset to our dealer and vendor partners and therefore an integral part of the success of our firm.
